Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between Jet Roaming (제트로밍, the "Company") and users regarding the overseas eSIM data services, flight fare search and on-site booking, Chrome browser VPN (extension), and Crew & Pilot Benefits program (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms set forth matters relating to conditions of use of the Service, sale, provision, and refund of eSIMs, and related matters, to the extent consistent with applicable laws including electronic commerce regulations.

Article 2. Definitions

①"Service" means the online service through which users may browse, purchase, and use eSIM products via the website operated by the Company.

②"User" means a member or non-member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

③"eSIM" means a product that enables data communication by being registered on a device through electronic means such as a QR code.

④"Issuance" means the procedure by which the Company confirms provision of an eSIM after payment is completed and delivers activation information to the user.

⑤"Flight search" means the service through which users query live air fares by origin, destination, and dates on the Company website and may complete booking and payment on the Company website.

⑥"Chrome VPN" means the service by which HTTP/HTTPS traffic from the Chrome browser is proxied through an exit server selected by the user via the Company's Chrome browser extension.

⑦"Crew & Pilot Benefits program" (the "Crew program") means the service through which the Company provides discounted pricing on digital products such as eSIM and VPN to eligible active airline crew and pilots who complete the Company's verification process.

Article 3. Effect, Amendment, and Interpretation of Terms

①The Company posts these Terms on the Service screens and may amend them to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws.

②Amended Terms take effect from the stated effective date. If a user continues to use the Service without expressing refusal, the user may be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

③If product-specific notices or refund policies differ from these Terms, those notices prevail. Matters not specified herein are governed by applicable laws.

Article 4. Membership and Service Agreement

①A service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes registration or ordering procedures, and the Company accepts the agreement.

②The Company may refuse acceptance or terminate the agreement afterward if false information is provided, another person's information is misused, or there is a history of violation of these Terms.

Article 5. Member Information

Users must provide and maintain accurate information. Disadvantages arising from failure to reflect changes may be the user's responsibility.

Article 6. Products and Services

The Company provides eSIM data products by country or region, usage guides, and customer support. Flight fare search and on-site booking, and browser VPN through the Chrome VPN extension, may also be provided. The Service is intended to be available year-round; however, it may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or outages.

Article 7. Fees and Payment

①Product prices are based on the amount displayed on the payment screen (including applicable taxes), and payment is processed through payment processors designated by the Company.

②The Company may cancel orders and issue refunds where it recognizes reasons such as display errors or inability to supply the product.

Article 8. eSIM Delivery

①eSIMs are delivered without physical shipping via email, notifications, or similar channels, including QR codes and installation instructions.

②Users must confirm eSIM support and unlock status of their device before purchase. Failure to receive delivery due to incorrect contact information may be the user's responsibility.

③Actual communication quality depends on local carriers and network conditions. The Company does not guarantee quality beyond a reasonable scope.

Article 9. Withdrawal of Offer and Refunds

①As digital content, eSIMs may be subject to restrictions on withdrawal of offer under applicable laws after delivery, registration, or activation.

②Orders before issuance may be cancelled and refunded upon request through customer support.

③Reasons not attributable to the Company, such as device incompatibility, user configuration errors, data exhaustion or expiry, or local network conditions, may be excluded from refunds.

④Where attributable to the Company or a product defect is confirmed, the Company will refund or provide a replacement within a reasonable scope. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Article 10. Flight Search

This section applies to flight fare search and on-site booking on the website.

①The Company displays fares from the Duffel Flights API based on live airline offers. Availability and price may change until booking is confirmed.

②When users book on the Company website, payment is processed via Duffel Payments and the flight is booked and ticketed through Duffel. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to airline fare rules and Company policies.

③Displayed prices may include a service fee. Final airline fare rules apply at checkout.

④Anyone may search flights, but booking and payment require a member account. Display currency and fare lookup methods may change for operational reasons.

Article 11. Chrome Browser VPN

This section applies to use of Chrome VPN (the extension). If it conflicts with eSIM or flight search terms, Chrome VPN-specific notices or policies may prevail.

①Chrome VPN is used through the Company's Chrome extension and a logged-in JetRoaming member account. No separate VPN app such as WireGuard is required.

②Chrome VPN is browser-only. Only HTTP/HTTPS requests from Chrome while the extension is enabled are proxied; traffic from other browsers, apps, or the entire OS is not covered.

③Users must install the official extension from the Chrome Web Store or a path indicated by the Company and must not modify it, reverse engineer it, or bypass it with unauthorized third-party proxy settings.

④Free trials, paid subscriptions, usage limits, and fees follow screens in the Service, the extension, and separate notices. The Company may change available countries, servers, trial periods, and fees for operational reasons and will give advance notice of material changes.

⑤Users must not engage in unlawful activity, spam or bulk automated abuse, infringement of others' rights, interference with the Service or network, or conduct that overloads VPN infrastructure. Violations may result in connection limits, account suspension, or termination.

⑥The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service but does not fully guarantee speed, latency, or access to specific websites, which may vary due to local ISPs, destination site policies, and other factors.

⑦Users are responsible for complying with the terms and laws applicable to third-party websites and services accessed through the VPN. The Company's liability for disputes with third parties arising from VPN use is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

⑧Extension updates and distribution follow Chrome Web Store policies and the Company's release process. Updates may be required for security or feature improvements; advance notice will be given before support for older versions ends.

Article 12. Restrictions on Use

The Company may restrict or suspend use for reasons including violation of these Terms, interference with the Service, force majeure, or communication failures, and will provide notice of the reason and period.

Article 13. Termination of Service Agreement

Members may request withdrawal at any time. The Company may terminate the agreement where there are reasonable grounds such as violation of these Terms. Information that must be retained by law is destroyed after the prescribed retention period.

Article 14. Personal Information

Collection, use, and retention of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 15. Notices

The Company may provide necessary notices by email, SMS, service announcements, or similar means. Promotional messages are sent only with prior consent.

Article 16. Obligations of the Company

The Company endeavors to comply with applicable laws and these Terms and to provide stable service and protect personal information.

Article 17. Obligations of Users

①Users must comply with these Terms and related notices and must not transfer or sell QR or activation information without authorization.

②Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, infringe others' rights, interfere with operation of the Service, or abuse Chrome VPN infrastructure.

③Users are responsible for managing account and payment information.

Article 18. Changes to the Service

The Company may change or discontinue the Service where operationally or technically necessary and will give advance notice of material changes.

Article 19. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or right holders and may not be used commercially without prior consent.

Article 20. Retention of Transaction Records

The Company retains transaction records as required by applicable laws. Users must maintain accurate contact information.

Article 21. Limitation of Liability

①The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, communication or payment failures, or circumstances of overseas carriers, absent intent or gross negligence.

②Liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law for issues attributable to users, unauthorized distribution, or indirect or special damages.

③If damage occurs to the Company due to violation of these Terms, the user may be required to compensate in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 22. Dispute Resolution

Users may apply for mediation through relevant agencies in the Republic of Korea, including the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee and the Korea Consumer Agency.

Article 23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

①These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

②If a dispute proceeds to litigation, the courts with exclusive jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal place of business in Daegu, Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 24. Operator

JetRoaming is operated by PositionPort, LLC (Delaware LLC), located at 169 Madison Ave, STE 15652, New York, NY 10016, US.

Article 25. Customer Support

Inquiries and complaints may be submitted to customer support (phone 070-8095-7239, email support@jetroaming.com), and the Company will handle them promptly after receipt.

Article 26. AI Travel Planner

①The Planner is an AI-assisted travel information service for logged-in members. Replies are for reference only; prices, availability, and schedules on JetRoaming prevail.

②Daily message limits, output length limits, and feature availability may change. Abuse, automated scraping, or unlawful use may result in restriction or suspension.

③Conversation data is processed to provide the service and may be sent to AI providers such as Google Gemini to generate replies. Retention follows our Privacy Policy.

Article 27. Crew & Pilot Benefits Program

①The Crew program is available to eligible active airline crew and pilots. Benefits apply after company email verification and operational review, or automatic approval for registered airline domains as announced by the Company.

②Benefit scope, discount rates, and eligible products follow on-screen notices. Some bundles or promotions may be excluded. Discounts apply only to approved members while logged in; server-calculated checkout amounts prevail.

③Members must provide accurate airline and employee information. The Company may reject, suspend, or restrict benefits for false information, impersonation, or abuse.

④The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the program for reasonable causes such as domain policy updates, partnership changes, or fraud prevention, with advance notice for material changes.

⑤Personal data related to the Crew program is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Article 28. Miscellaneous

Free benefits such as events and coupons are subject to separate conditions and validity periods, and refunds or cash conversion may be restricted.

Article 29. Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are revised and apply from June 11, 2026. Prior versions are retained separately by the Company.
