What is eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone or tablet. Download a travel data plan with a QR code—no plastic SIM card. You can keep your home number on the physical SIM and use eSIM for data abroad.

How Jet Roaming works

Installation

Select your OS and follow the steps.

Install on iPhone

iOS 12.1+ · iPhone XS and later

    Open Settings

    Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).

    Add eSIM

    Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

  3. 3

    Scan QR

    Choose Use QR Code and scan the code from your email.

  4. 4

    Label the plan

    Name it e.g. Travel and keep your primary line for your home number.

  5. 5

    Enable roaming

    At destination, turn on cellular data and data roaming for the eSIM.

Compatible models

Jet Roaming eSIM works on phones and tablets that support eSIM. Before you travel, check that your device shows an “Add eSIM” option in settings.

  • Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
  • Some mainland China models may have eSIM disabled.
  • Newer models not listed may still support eSIM—check your settings first.

How to use flight search

Fares come from recent search cache (last 48 hours), not a live full inventory search.

    Choose TOP 20 or Search

    TOP 20 shows the 20 cheapest fares from 50 popular routes for your origin and date. Filter by country or direct-only. Search lets you set origin, destination, dates, and one-way or round trip.

    Enter criteria and search

    Pick cities from suggestions or autocomplete. Set country filter, direct-only, round trip, or one-way as needed.

  3. 3

    Book

    Tap Book to open our partner booking site. We may earn a commission when you complete a booking.

Prices are from recent user search cache. Booking is completed on a partner site.

How to use Chrome VPN

Protects Chrome browser traffic only—not your whole PC. Use it with eSIM data for safer banking and booking on public Wi-Fi.

    Install the Chrome extension

    Install Jet Roaming VPN from the Chrome Web Store.

  2. 2

    Sign in to Jet Roaming

    Log in via the extension or jetroaming.com to link VPN access.

  3. 3

    Turn VPN on

    Toolbar icon → toggle ON. Turn OFF or close Chrome to stop protection.

Browser traffic only—Zoom, apps, and other programs are not routed through VPN.

Delivery, exchange, refund & cancellation

Jet Roaming eSIM is delivered digitally with no physical shipping. The information below follows applicable e-commerce rules and our Terms of Service.

Service provision period (delivery)

  • No physical delivery. After payment, we send your QR code and setup instructions by email or in-app notification.
  • Usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment. Delays due to high volume or maintenance will be communicated separately.
  • You must provide a correct email and contact details. Failure to receive codes due to incorrect information may be your responsibility.

Exchange policy

  • eSIM is digital content. After registration or activation (issuance), exchange for another product is not available.
  • If the issue is our fault (wrong product, system error), we may resend the same or similar plan or process a refund.
  • Device incompatibility, user setup errors, or change of mind are not eligible for exchange.

Refund policy

  • After eSIM registration or activation (issuance), withdrawal and refunds may be limited under applicable law.
  • Unused orders before issuance may request a refund within 7 days of purchase via customer support.
  • Refunds may be denied for reasons not attributable to us, including device incompatibility, data used up, expiry, user settings, or local network conditions.
  • If a defect or our error is confirmed, we will refund or provide a replacement within a reasonable scope.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Cancellation policy

  • You may request cancellation via customer support before issuance (before QR delivery / eSIM provision is confirmed).
  • We may cancel and fully refund orders due to pricing errors, supply issues, or other reasons we acknowledge.
  • After issuance or registration, cancellation does not apply; refund eligibility follows the refund policy above.
